In order for our landscapes and communities to thrive,
we need to support the growth and functioning of vital organizations as
stewards of public and open space. Therefore, I specialize in working
with organizations to build capacity, clarify vision and implement plans.
In many cases I have enjoyed long-term relationships
with institutions, beginning with landscape planning initiatives and continuing
through their implementation. This includes guidance in the design phases
as well as facilitating ongoing board and staff retreats to renew their
mission, to set strategic goals, or to review implementation of master
plan recommendations.
I also conduct strategic planning and visioning processes
with organizations to help them craft compelling futures and identify
the steps necessary to achieve them.
